This is my favourite egg dish that I have ever had. I make this wrap in my busy days as it takes less time to prepare. These wraps are less effort to Prepare and best one for breakfast or side dish
How to make:
Ingredients:
2 Eggs
1 Cup Spinach finely chopped
1/2 Cup Red Onion finely chopped
3 Table spoon cooked Rice
1 Tea spoon Paprika
2 Table spoon cooking oil
1 Table spoon Spring onion for garnishing
Salt as needed

Directions:
For Stuffing:
- Heat the oil in a medium size non stick pan over medium heat
- Add Onion and and paprika
- Cook the Onion until softened
- Add the spinach and then rice after 2 minutes and stir well
- Once the spinach and rice mixed well, transfer in to a bowl and keep aside
For Egg wrap:
- In a medium size bowl, whisk the eggs and salt
- Spray 20 inch non stick pan with cooking spray
- Heat over medium high heat
- Pour the egg mixture to make a thin layer along the bottom of a pan like an Omelette
- Rotate the pan will allow the eggs to flow in to the empty spaces
- When the egg is cooked place the spinach rice mix in the centre of the omelette
- Roll the omelette like a wrap
- Transfer the wrap in to the plate
- Garnish the wrap with spring onions
