Weekend Special Grilled Chicken





This yummy grilled chicken is super easy to make and perfect for weekend parties

How to make:

Ingredients:

  1. 10 Pieces of skinless Chicken thighs and legs
  2. 1.5 Table spoon Chilli powder
  3. 1 Teaspoon Turmeric powder
  4. 1/5 Cup plain yogurt
  5. 1 Table spoon Lemon juice
  6. Salt as needed


Directions:

  1. In a large bowl mix together chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, lemon juice and plain yogurt
  2. Marinate the chicken pieces and keep aside for 30 min to1hr for better taste
  3. Preheat the Oven broiler
  4. Grease the baking pan
  5. Arrange the chicken pieces on the pan and broil up to 35 minutes (turning each side every 15-20 min)

SERVE THE CHICKEN WITH YOUR FAVOURITE SAUSE & ENJOY

Prep time 15 minutes     Cook time 35 minutes
