This yummy grilled chicken is super easy to make and perfect for weekend parties
How to make:
Ingredients:
- 10 Pieces of skinless Chicken thighs and legs
- 1.5 Table spoon Chilli powder
- 1 Teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1/5 Cup plain yogurt
- 1 Table spoon Lemon juice
- Salt as needed
Directions:
- In a large bowl mix together chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, lemon juice and plain yogurt
- Marinate the chicken pieces and keep aside for 30 min to1hr for better taste
- Preheat the Oven broiler
- Grease the baking pan
- Arrange the chicken pieces on the pan and broil up to 35 minutes (turning each side every 15-20 min)
SERVE THE CHICKEN WITH YOUR FAVOURITE SAUSE & ENJOY
